Resignation Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Herman Allendy, officially announced his resignation at the meeting of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Executive Directors on 4 October 2023. Pending the appointment of a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board, as of 1 October the activities of the Supervisory Board will be coordinated by the Deputy Chairman Jim Bousaid.
